Prerequisite: Current (cannot be expired) certification from the 5 National Training Agencies in Canada: Canadian Red Cross, St. John’s Ambulance, Lifesaving Society, Heart & Stoke of Canada, and Canadian Ski Patrol.

Fast Pace Courses: Only recommended to those that have ‘recertified’ multiple certification cycle. For the first-time ‘recertification’, we strongly recommend the registration for the normal paced course. Vida First Aid is not responsible for students that are not able to keep up with the fast paced course.

Description

RECERTIFICATION – CPR-C/AED (Blended Learning) Courses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies depending on the level of CPR chosen.

Blended Learning: Fast Pace: Online* + 2.5 hours of In-Class time. Normal Pace: Online* + 3.0 hours of In-Class time. (*~2 hours. Online learning time will vary heavily depending on the learner. Online Component access will be provided within 24 hours of your registration.)

Completion Ability to comprehend and successfully demonstrate all required skills, including critical steps; 100% attendance and participation; 75% min. passing grade on a written, closed book knowledge evaluation; and adherence to the Fundamental Principles.
